Food Service
Priced per person. Choose from our regular menus, Signature menus or a customized menu for your event.
Beverage Service
Mac's is fully licensed and carries liability insurance for any event requesting alcoholic beverages. Beverage charges are based upon consumption. Our catering specialist can provide approximate cost projections for your event. We offer a wide variety of non-alcoholic beverages, beer, wine, champagne and cocktail service. There is a $75 set-up fee for a full cocktail service.
Staffing
For events that require Mac's Custom Catering staff to be on site we charge the following rates for arrival to departure time.

Equipment
We offer linens, tables for buffet/food service, paper products and plastic ware all at competitive prices. We will order portable bars, canopies, guest tables, chairs, fountains and all other items needed through rental companies. Clients will pay rental company directly for all the rental fees, breakage and delivery fees.

Deliveries
For local deliveries using our equipment that requires "set-up" and "pick-up", we charge $35.00. For deliveries outside the Eugene/Springfield area we charge an additional $1.50 per mile round trip plus $15.00 per hour for staff travel time.
Gratuity
A 18% service charge is added to total food and beverage service. A 20% service charge is added to food and beverage service for all sit down events.
Event Proposal and Contract
We expect a confirmed guest count to be available 7 days prior to your event. Once you select your menu, beverages and determine equipment needs, we will provide a detailed proposal. This is an estimate as to your total bill as well as a contract with Mac's Custom Catering.
Deposit and Payment
We require a $500 non-refundable down payment to secure your wedding date. Down payments will be deducted from the final bill. They will not be refunded if the event is canceled.
We expect payment in full on the day of the event. Payments by credit card will be charged a additional 3% of the total. Payments not received within 10 days following your event may be assessed a late fee. Fees will accrue daily until payment is received in full.
